hello,
1. How to set Product category order in elementor’s product categories element? I am ordering it by menu order but it’s not working(refer to attached image for order)
2. Can I create a masonry layout with a large image on the right side as shown in the attached layout

1) Please try recreating the categories element then clear cache and check back. If the issue still occurs then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
2) You can set the layout of the categories element according to your needs by editing the categories element from the available layout options.

2. How to keep big image on right side? refer earlier screenshot

Sorry but there is no option available for that, the masonry grid first wide image displays the first image wide and you cannot move it to the right side as you required.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

“Edit with elementor” option is missing from single product page?

Please Go to Elementor >> Settings and make sure that it is enabled for the products.

it is enabled for the products but for newly added products it’s not showing up. mainly in the admin toolbar.
