product category page doesn’t work to make 4 or 5 column

hi
I tried using storefront theme it’s working perfect
when using woodmart and tried to make the product category to 4 or 5 row it doesn’t work

for product category page, picture showing blurr

in woocommerce setting picture setting is uncropped but still showing blurr

in storefront it’s fine but problem whne in woodmart

please check, access given up

Navigate to theme Setting > Product Archive > product grid > Configure the Products columns on desktop.

You need to go to Theme Settings -> Theme settings presets and create a new preset for the checkout page as shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/da37e867e015a6ab1ef12717ee6e16c4
Then edit this preset settings and disable the promo popup.
