    Hello,

    We are experiencing the same issue described in this previous topic:

    https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/category-descriptions-no-longer-displaying-below-categories-subcategories-and/

    At that time, the issue was solved after deactivating the Code Snippets plugin.

    However, this time Code Snippets is already deactivated, and the category descriptions are still not displayed on the frontend.

    The standard WooCommerce category descriptions are correctly saved in the backend, but they do not appear on the frontend and no HTML is generated for them.

    We are using a Products Archive Layout created with Elementor/Woodmart. We have not changed this layout for months, and the category descriptions were displaying correctly until recently.

    We have already tested several plugins by temporarily deactivating them, clearing cache and checking in incognito mode, but the issue persists.

    Tested and discarded:

    * Smart WooCommerce Search.
    * Essential Addons for Elementor.
    * Essential Addons Pro.
    * WP Rocket.
    * Yoast SEO.
    * Loco Translate.
    * GDPR Cookie Compliance.
    * Classic Editor.
    * Advanced Editor Tools.
    * Antispam Bee.
    * Media Deduper.
    * Redirection.
    * Table of Contents Plus.
    * Widgets for Google Reviews.
    * WooCommerce Legacy REST API.
    * WP All Export Pro.

    We understand that plugin conflict testing may be necessary.

    However, this is a live online store, so we are concerned about a full plugin deactivation test on the production site.

    If you need to perform any plugin deactivation tests, could you please let us know beforehand which plugins you need to deactivate and what the expected impact could be?

    Please do not deactivate all plugins at once, and please do not deactivate WooCommerce, WooCommerce-related plugins, Elementor, Elementor Pro, Woodmart Core or payment/order plugins without confirming it with us first.

    We can provide WP-ADMIN access if needed.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Navigate to Layouts > Edit Product Archive Layout and make sure the archive description widget is added in the layout.

    If the issue remains, share the category page url where the description added along with the wp admin logins details so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

    The issue has now been solved.

    It seems there was an incompatibility between Elementor / Elementor Pro and the latest WordPress update, which was preventing the category descriptions from rendering correctly in the frontend.

    After fixing this Elementor-related issue, the product category, subcategory and sub-subcategory descriptions are displaying correctly again.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,
