Product – Click to enlarge not working

Hi,
On a product page, when I click on the ‘Click to enlarge’ button (on the main image) the page goes black and does not show the image.

It also does not zoom in on hovering over the image (It is set to do this in the admin section)

I have tried disabling other plugins with no success.
Any ideas helpful

I have found that you have enabled the CloudFlare CDN cache http://prnt.sc/qyxlge, please delete and disable the SDN cache from server then check the site. After that still you will find the issue, then please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will debug your site and solve the issue.

I have deleted and bypassed the Cloudflare cache, so it now does not effect the site.
But the problem is still there.

I have fixed the issue on your website now its working absolutely fine on my end. Please clear the cache and check back.

The issue was you set the image customizer to image size 600px but the actual images were smaller. So they can’t be cropped.

I have set an image of high resolution and it is working absolutely fine now.

If you want it to work absolutely fine then try uploading images in high resolution.
