Product Code not activating

When running setup wizard it asks for my product code. I add it and it fails to register.
“The license key is not valid or already expired”
Product code is attached to my XTEMOS account. Please advise.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Send your purchase code using the Private content field also.
