Product Data is not responsive

Hello everyone! Please help!
When I’m trying to modify my products and add some attributes etc. everytime I face same problem – all Product Data isn’t responsive. All those sections are irresponsive and give no options to choose. What did I do wrong?
We really need to create “Filter by Color” option for the customers. But I just can’t make it work. Please help)
