Please disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

i only have Loco Translate and Redirection i turned them off and tried again nothing changed now i activated them again i will give you the credentials so you can see it too
