The description is created by means of the builder you use on the site. You can create any template and add any content in the frame of the builder options.
Some of the plugins integrate their elements or widgets into the most famous builders. For example, as soon as you install Slider Revolution, you will find its widget in WP bakery builder and you do not need to insert a shortcode, you can insert just the element, the same for the Contact form 7 plugin.
You would better contact the plugin support and find out how to apply the plugin with a builder you use.
