Product description not showing (Look at screenshot)

I’m trying to add a product description to a product as you do here:

But on my website it shows like that

My description was added here with a custom “PRODUCT TAB OPTIONS” with a custom title.
How do i do to make a real description per product as you did there on the first image ?
I can’t seem to find it

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the Description tab, now it is the last, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
