On my product detail page on monitors a wrong thumbnail is loaded for the image product.
If I show the product page on a monitor it looks blurry, if i hover over it then it looks ok. From what I know on the first display(without hover) it shows one of the generated thumbnails. This issue happend on monitors. From what I have seen on macbook retina display the problem is not visible. Maybe the is an issue with large displays on how it identifies the proper image to be used on desktops.

    Hello,

First of all, I suggest you regenerate your images through the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin (more details in the article below).

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails-new-image-sizes-wordpress/

I look forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind Regards

I already regenerated the thumbnails this morning with another plugins and didnt solve the issue. From my understanding is that on desktop monitors the theme uses a thumbnail of a lower size compared to when you hover over it which uses the highest quality image and also on macbook it uses direclty the higher quality image. I suspect its not calculating properly which thumbnail to use on a desktop monitor

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

In general, in our gallery the picture is displayed in the same way as in the default theme therefore create a staging site and check how it works on the WooCommerce Storefront theme so we can understand if it is our theme issue or not.

    Kind Regards
