You are showing the functionality of the Woocommerce plugin. Our theme supports Woocommerce, however, does not influence the functionality. Please check the issue on the Storefront theme and you will see the same. It means that if there is a bug, it relates to Woocommerce but not to our theme. On the Storefront theme, if you set Shop only, the product is visible in the category page as well.
