Product display problem on mobile interface

i using “Show summary on hover” on display product. I want to remove the add to cart icon and replace it with compare icon. And the add to cart button will display like below image i attached

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
