Yes, something like that. Only I was hoping for a bit more advanced option to add a PDF. Something like an image of a PDF or maybe even adding it to Addtional Information tab since it is additional information.

Yes, you are right such options relate to WooCommerce rather than to our theme. You will have to find a plugin to archive that.
