it’s a custom-designed phone case e-commerce store using the WoodMart theme. I’ve set up my phone cases as variable products with two attributes: phone brand and phone model.

My goal is to display a phone model selection option at the top of my product category shop page. When users select a phone model, I want to show only the available phone case for that specific model, allowing them to browse designs without seeing all Phone cases initially.

So can the WoodMart “product filter by attribute” functionality achieve this desired outcome?

Thank you for your time and assistance!

    Hello,

You can use products filters widget and in the filters settings you can choose the filter type “Attribute”. It will show all the products that contain this attribute.

    Please check this manual:

    Best Regards.

I’ve already set it up using the “Attribute” filter type, as shown in the screenshot you provided

However, when I preview the filter and try to use it, it doesn’t display all the products that have the selected attribute.

I’m using the Elementor editor to build my shop page. I’ve also reviewed the provided manual (https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-create-filters-form/) but haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

I Attached a screenshot below that I tried to filter an attribute. when filtering it shows only 4 products but that attribute (phone model) has more than 30 products (Case designs)

    Hello,

Can you please record a short video for better understanding to reproduce the issue on your site? Also, You need to enable the user role to administrative. In user roles some of the functions do not work completely.

    Best Regards.

I’ve uploaded a short video demonstrating the issue with the product filter not displaying all products with the selected attribute.

Also user role has been changed to “Administrator”.

    Hello,

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.4.3 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the option.
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, switch to the parent theme, and recheck it. If the issue remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.
