    I am contacting you regarding an issue I am experiencing with the product filters in the WoodMart theme. I am using the built-in AJAX filters provided by WoodMart, without any third-party filter plugins.

    I have noticed a discrepancy between the product counts shown in the front-end filters and the product counts displayed in the WordPress admin for the same attribute terms. For example, in the admin panel, the attribute term “Neuf” is assigned to 50 products, while on the shop page filter sidebar, the same term displays only 32 products. This issue occurs with multiple filters such as Etat, Couleur, and Taille. The price filter works correctly, which suggests the issue is specific to taxonomy-based filters.

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    Creating a staging environment would take considerable time and effort on my end. To expedite the resolution, I’m willing to provide you with temporary admin access to my main WordPress website.
    Could you please share your email address? I will create a temporary admin account for you, which I can remove once the issue is resolved.

    In this case, you can use any random email for the account. Then share this email/username and password via the Private Content field so I can check.

    I have followed your instructions and reached the product search section you mentioned. However, I need some clarification on the next steps:
    My Questions:

    Should I select a specific product for you, or are you asking me to do something else?
    If I need to select products, should I choose multiple products or just one?
    What is the purpose of this product selection step?
    Could you provide more detailed instructions so I can complete this correctly?

    Additional Question:
    I also noticed that you haven’t logged in using the admin account credentials I provided earlier (htest7508@gmail.com). Is there a reason you prefer guiding me through the process instead of working directly with the admin access?
    I want to make sure I understand exactly what you need from me to resolve this efficiently.

    You don’t need to select a product there. Just regenerate this for the whole store.

    We have tested this on your website and used the account you sent. It should work without any problems.

    Thank you for the clarification and for testing the solution on my website.
    I understand that I need to regenerate the settings for the whole store. However, I’m encountering an issue with the regeneration process:
    Issue:
    The button that appears to be for regeneration shows “Filing in progress” and is grayed out (disabled). I cannot click on it.
    Questions:

    1- Is this button supposed to be clickable, or does it mean the process is already running in the background?
    2- If it’s disabled, is there something I need to do first to enable it?
    3- Should I wait for it to complete automatically, or is there another step I’m missing?

    I have checked the filters on my website, and I’m happy to report that they are now working properly. I really appreciate your assistance with this!
    Please advise on the regeneration button status when you have a moment.

    Hello,

    If you cannot click the button than it is already regenerated. Click it only in situations when you notice wrong count numbers in your filter widgets.
