Product filter empty

I’m wondering why the filter plugin show only the price and not the brand anymore?

And how can I add more filter option (like based on categorie)

Try to go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on Regenerate the product attributes lookup table https://take.ms/LGpvf

Thanks it’s better, but I still can’t filter by categories ( using checkbox to filter on multi category and basically I want the same with the brand)
