Product filters element with attribute, if empty the button still appears

Hello,

I have recently encountered a strange behaviour with the custom filter attribute. If there are no products with the specific attribute, the button is still displayed and it redirects to the shop main page adding a /? in the URL, as it can not return any results.

So I would like to ask 2 things.

1. Why the button is displayed if there are no values? Can it display a text message that there are currently no values available?
2. If it redirects to the shop page, can it at least redirect to the page that says that there are no products to be found?

I have added a video with the problem and also provided an admin login.
