I wonder how can we fix this issue:

On the product galler after choosing one option, in this case 30 ML and the scrolling through images, the other option does not show. Please check Loom video below,.

Could you please elaborate on your concern more with some useful Screenshots so that we can better understand and assist you accordingly of which issue you have faced. 1. Gallery Display Issue Based on Variant Selection
Observation:

When selecting the 100 mL variant, the gallery correctly updates to show the images for 100 mL.
However, selecting the 30 mL variant and scrolling through the gallery doesn’t display the 100 mL images—it only shows the 30 mL version.

2. Duplicate Item in Cart
Observation:

Adding one variant to the cart results in two items being added: one for the selected variant and one for a different variant of the same product.

01. You need to clear the previous preselected variation then check the variation images for each variation:

02. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

1. Well we dont want the customer to clear the selected option, but rather be able to scroll through the images, like showed in the video, how can we solve this?

It will not work, You need to clear the previous preselected variation and then check the variation images for each variation. This is the way it works.
