product grid image

hi again
i m trying to upload photos to my product, but images are coming in different sizes. could you advice me on how to set the right size in the grid?

i have followed the instruction in your documentation, by going to APPEARANCE > WOO COMMERCE > PHOTOS, but its not working. please advice

You will have to upload images more or less in equal size, the cropping works when you need to crop images that are not considerably different.
