This is not my issue. Please check the video again. The issue is that when I select the color from the bottom of the product grid, the product image is not loading.

Your variable product is based on both size and color. In order to get the image changed, you need to choose both. The product grid allows one to choose one attribute.

You can just text creating a variable product that has color variations only.
