Product grid not showing product pictures

I have set up a cross sales pop up with some products using the product grid carousel in an html block.

The pop up is initiated on the checkout page.

The problem is that the product pictures on the product grid are not visible at first, unless you make an action ex. press a button

Then they appear

Can you please help me?

The checkout page is the functional page remove all the popup from there, please. Product Grid is destined for pages/posts and Product grid format for the menu. Do not insert it into the functional pages of Woocommerce.

Check the Product Grid in an ordinary page, if you have the problem, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and make sure the provided earlier credentials are valid.

Hello,

Please check how it works on a default theme to see if it is caused by our theme. Our theme does not influence the functionality of plugins and this problem is caused by the wrong configuration.
