Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Please remove the shortcode from ID field.

Press “+” and insert the shorcode of the contact form.

If you want to use the HTML block template, save it as a template, insert in the page and drag to the popup area https://prnt.sc/win2p0

Nothing is working and I am using elementor not wpbakery. if you can resolve the issue please do it as soon as possible otherwise I would like to change the theme I cant wait for replies after 24 hrs. belive or not it is not compatible with elementor
