Product Hover Add to Cart Problem

When I hover on the add to cart button on the product in the catalog, a long article appears. Why is this happening?

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.
Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme, clear the cache and check back. If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
