Product image enlarge not working

    Greetings!

    On a product page, the button “Click to enlarge” is not displaying the images – darkens the screen, enters a gallery mode where you can scroll through images, but the images are not shown.

    Sorry to hear about the inconvenience.

    Firstly, your Woodmart Core plugin wasn’t updated to the latest version which is 1.0.35. So, we have done that but the issue still persists after that.

    We are seeing multiple third party Plugins activated on your Site. Could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

    If somehow issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    On our Test Site, we aren’t facing such an issue so it is not a Theme level issue but specifically happening on your Site.

    Sorry to say but it seems that there is some issue with the Product Images that are being used on your Site. We have created a Test Product on your Site > have added certain Images in it > and under the Enlarge Container, the Images are appearing fine: https://snipboard.io/pjUkqt.jpg

    So, it is not a Theme-end issue but something specifically at your Site. Might be the Product Images we suppose.
