Product image hidden beneath product title

Please note :

1) Cache plugin was Deleted.
2) Cloudflare was set to development mode.
3) Cache was flushed from bitnami server.

And then this video was recorded.

Its working fine with store front theme , we had this problem for 2 -3 months now.

We are having problem on iphone safari and iphone chrome.

Cannot give logins as we have live site with people purchasing items.

Unfortunately, we were unable to check this issue on your staging site because the “Coming Soon” mode is enabled and the access credentials you provided are incorrect.

Additionally, we have re-checked the issue on the main site using different devices, and we still cannot reproduce the problem you mentioned.

To proceed, could you please try disabling all third-party plugins that do not come with the theme, run a few tests, and then let us know if the issue still persists?

Yes, we have seen the issue you mentioned. After a thorough investigation, we found that the problem disappears when the padding setting is removed from the element

In this case, could you please review whether this padding setting is necessary, or alternatively, consider applying the padding to the Container that wraps the Product Gallery element?

The single product gallery now appears completely normal on our end.

We tested your website on the following real devices:
• iPhone 12 (iOS 18.5)
• iPhone 14 Pro (iOS 18.5)
• iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 18.5)
• iPhone 16 Pro (iOS 18.5)

On all these devices, the single product page looked fully functional. As proof, here are recordings from an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.5 in different browsers:
