Product image on preview Issue

Hi,
The product images on the preview look lower quality even though images are not low-quality resolution. When viewing the image on full screen it looks good but not otherwise. Please see the attached photos. What would be the issue here ?

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Hi,
I have increased the width to 2000 px on the product image and thumbnail.
However, the thumbnails are showing as pixelated and blurry, even though thumbnail width set as 2000 px now.
Can you please advise ?
