Product Image Swatches Not Displaying on Product Page

    I am able to see the product displayed as image swatches on the product list (shop/category) page, but the same swatches are not appearing on the individual product page.

    I followed all the steps you previously provided, including the theme and attribute settings, but the swatches are still not showing correctly on the product page. I’m not sure what I might be missing.

    Could you please help review my setup and let me know what needs to be adjusted to enable image swatches on the product page as well?

    Hello,

    Try to increase the AJAX variation threshold value under Theme Settings > Shop > Variable products, Then check back on your site and check the issue.

    If the issue remains, share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    I’m reaching out with a couple of questions/issues I’m hoping you can help clarify. I’ve also included backend access details below for your review.

    Image Swatch Inconsistency
    I’m noticing that image swatches display on some products but not on others. For example, the image swatch displays correctly on this product:

    However, the image swatch does not display on this product:
    https://bellymonk.com/product/3-little-birds-womens-relaxed-t-shirt/

    I’ve reviewed the product settings and variations, and they appear to be set up similarly. Could you please advise what might be causing this inconsistency and how I can resolve it?

    Product Sorting on Department Pages
    How can I configure the system to display products randomly instead of alphabetically when navigating to department/category pages, such as:
    https://bellymonk.com/product-category/mens/

    Please let me know whether this can be adjusted via settings or if customization is required.

    Hello,

    Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.3.8 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.
