Product Image Upload Error & Product Labels

I have two issues:

First, when I upload product images to my media center a white border is placed around the image. The upload status on the left-hand side of the page, towards the bottom, reads “Status: Error” and “Reason: NA”.

Second, I can’t remove the product labels that are displayed over the product images.

I’ve tried starting over and deleting the product and the product variations 2-3 times but nothing seems to work.

Can I get a hand fixing these issues?

Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

As for the product labels, you can disable this option in Products -> Attributes -> edit attribute -> Show attribute label on products.
