    The product images doesnt load in a single product image when we click on click to enlarge icon. It is blackout screen.

    THe problem arised again.

    There are many products where images doesnt open.

    It may work on desktop but its not working for many many products on mobile.

    when we click it is black screen. no image loads.

    please fix.

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

    Hello,

    The current issue is related to some third-party plugins and also your website is cached with that issue. When you log in to the site and disable all third-party plugins, the images show well: https://monosnap.com/file/vgqj1oAoWgAPzpR1vJjdC3vw3Io5tD

    So please clear all caches (website/browser/server), disable third-party plugins and then recheck the issue.

    If that is the case then why other product images are loading with all the plugins enabled?

    If the issue is with 3rd party plugins then images of all the products should not load.

    Pleae check and fix.

    Hello,

    The server cache is still enabled, it is very easy to check – switch the theme, for example, and from the incognito tab, we see that the cached page is loaded.

    So please ask your hosting provider to disable the server cache.

    We have disabled server cache at our host end which is Hostinger

    Also we have disabled cache with our plugin wp rocket

    Hello. We have enabled the cache again on wp rocket since our website was running very slow.

    When you check the issue of this image loading please disable cache in wprocket. login details provided.

    As we cant keep the cache disabled for such a longer time.

    Hello,

    In the WP Rocket settings, you have enabled the “Remove unused CSS” option. The “Remove unused CSS” option doesn’t work in most cases and does not load necessary styles https://gyazo.com/59d2121eb6daf879839376b3646db615
    Unfortunately, we don’t have a list of selectors to fix this since it is always individual for most of the websites.
    You can either disable it or contact WP Rocket for help.

    So after disabling it and clearing the cache, the product gallery on the product page started to work well.
