    Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/0281a184920f8265185f29594c958d32
Note that you website is not optimized yet. It doesn’t have any cache, JS and CSS minification etc.

Sorry, but we just sent you a screenshot that shows that your page is loaded in 7 seconds. We are still here to help you with any issues related to our theme. But currently, we don’t see any problems except something with your hosting server.

Our theme doesn’t have any opened performance issues and most of our customers have websites that perform fast and usable. Check some of their topics for example

    https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/how-i-get-94100-at-gtmetrix-page-speed-score-the-plugins-code-snippets-used/#post-200003
    https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/remove-unused-css/

You have already created 20+ support requests and we always provided you with consistent support so reporting us to ThemeForest doesn’t make any sense for you.
And we are still opened to help you resolve any problems related directly to our theme. When you moved your website to another server, the loading speed is improved by two times. Now you need to go ahead and perform all the optimizations including cache plugin, GZIP, CDN etc.

I have optimized the website, with w3c and with autoptimize. loading of home page is not improved. Page and browser Caching, js/css minification does not imporve loading.

I apply async method to javascript (only method really improving loading) but imagesloaded.min.js has to load early. If it does not load before theme.min.js, home page loads fast but with following browser error:

Uncaught TypeError: e.imagesLoaded is not a function
        at HTMLDivElement.<anonymous> (theme.min.js?ver=4.6.0:35)
        at Function.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at a.fn.init.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at Object.woodmartThemeModule.stickyDetails (theme.min.js?ver=4.6.0:35)
        at Object.wooInit (theme.min.js?ver=4.6.0:34)
        at Object.init (theme.min.js?ver=4.6.0:34)
        at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (theme.min.js?ver=4.6.0:37)
        at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)

I tested adding code of imagesloaded.min.js to custom js and deactivate wp’s. Got improved but not really.

I now optimize with hummingbird plugin.

Your theme has this issue with loading. What should I do?
    Can you provide support?

We are now talking about dev2 website. It doesn’t have optimization and minification for HTML, JS and CSS files. Any JS or CSS files are not combined and there are lot of requests to WordPress files. You still have our dummy content so you didn’t upload your images and didn’t optimize them. Your website doesn’t have GZIP compression and SSL connection. And you didn’t install any cache plugin on that website. It lacks CDN also. So any optimizations were not applied on that website.
As for the previous one, as we concluded the issue is not related to our theme since on dev2 it works much better.

leaving only necessary js scripts in header does not improve loading.

    Optimization cannot improve loading.
My server is ok with loading a wordpress theme without content.
You are wrong believing that my server cannot load a wordpress theme!

You don’t read our messages since we listed a lot of factors that affect your website performance on dev2 website. If you still think that it is our theme issue but don’t provide any proofs for that then we don’t know how else we can help you. We will return your money back for the theme. You need to request a refund here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

No I am optimizing dev website only

But your dev2 has 5-7seconds loading time because you moved to another server. When you will optimize your website on that server it should have 2-3 seconds of loading time.
We don’t know what is wrong with your dev website and its server.

I have a contract with my client and we already have discussed design.

I have a deadline for the ehop in 10 days.

If I change theme I will have to do the design from beginning

I am sure if I change theme I will not have this problem

I will lose money in this project and only reason will be woodmart’s malfunction. I have lost many hours trying to optimize woodmart and have consulted 2 web developers as well. They do see the problem as well!

Try to move dev2 website to the server that hosts dev and check its performance.

So what exactly is the problem according to your developers words? If you think that the problem is related to our theme then it should be some concrete reason for that. For example: large SQL query from some element, wrong JS script, some indefinite loop, huge CSS file size, JS or PHP errors etc. Currently, we don’t see any of the mentioned problems or any others. Just slow resources loading that can be caused by three factors I was mentioned earlier.

The problem is only on front page. any case of not using wp bakery?

WPBakery shouldn’t cause this problem also. Without this plugin, you will not be able to use any of our theme elements.

    Hi,

Woodmart seems to load properly only with CDN. This was the only solution.
Your demos load from CDN this is why they load fast.

I configured two CDN networks and finally loading is fixed.

    Hello,

This information proves that the problem is not related to our theme. CDN replaces all static URLs for images, JS and CSS files and they begin loading from CDN servers instead of yours. So if it works correctly with CDN servers then the problem is related to your server performance.
    We have removed screenshots.

    Regards
