Product images disappear when you select a filter on the page (brand, colour, )

    Hi Support Team,

    I am still building my website using your theme and have come across an issue on my “Shop All Products” page where on page load the images all work correctly, but once you select a product filter such as brand, colour, type of product, etc., all the product image disappear. Can you please help me resolve this?

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Regarding the PHP error related to the Elementor widget, make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    As for other issues, the screens you provided are too small I cannot figure out anything. Could you upload a bit bigger images and add a description?

    Hi Elise,

    Happy Monday. I didn’t contact support about a PHP related issue, so that must be for another case. The issue I contacted about is that I am still building my website using your theme and have come across an issue on my “Shop All Products” page where on page load the images all work correctly, but once you select a product filter such as brand, colour, type of product, etc., all the product image disappear. Can you please help me resolve this? The two images attached are at least 1900 x 700. Not sure why you’re not able to view those. Can I send them via email if there’s issues sending here.

    I just updated my theme to V. 7.1.3 and now I am not seeing any products at all when I go to my page https://bamboolife.ca/shop/

    Can you please look into this? I’ve provided all information needed over the past week of back and forth, so I’m hoping you can look into this now.

    I am so confused as to why you cannot login. Can you provide me an email address to give you access? We’ve been going back and forth for 2 weeks now – are you able to call me?
