product images does not showing

I have an issue with y website. Some of my products’ images do not show unless I hover the mouse over them. How can I fix it?

I fixed this by restoring a backup of my website, it seems that “Quick Alt Editor” caused the issue.

I have another issue though. My website does not show all the images on internet explorer.
how can I fix it?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
