We want images to be bigger like the other website.

Our theme doesn’t influent the images. In general, you need to upload bigger images that will look as in the second link.

We have uploaded bigger images only.
But the image placement box is only smaller compared to the other website.
They have bigger placement box for the image.

Please navigate to Appearance – > Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product Image and find the size option for product page images as well as images in a grid, adjust per your needs. Also, please read the below article for more detail.

We tried doing as per previous ticket however we are unable to make it larger.
How can we enable stretch section for this product pages ?

In order to make a stretch section for the products, please navigate to Theme Settings -> Theme Presets and create a preset as in the below screenshot.

Then edit Theme Settings of this preset and navigate to General -> Layout -> for the “Site width” set the “Content full width”.
