Product information edit and removal question

Hello I would like to remove the ‘Brand’ logo and edit/remove the additional information tabs under the product image.

In order to remove the brand logo from the product page, navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Brand and disable.
Next, navigate to Theme Settings > Product page > Tab and clean or edit the content.

Enter the product editing mode and clean all from the main description. If it does not help to solve the problem, please send the product URL and site admin access I will check the settings.

When you description field is empty, tabs disappear. Fill out the description with the information you need and they appear again without brands.

Yes I can remove the description tab, but I still get a small brand appearing in the additional information tab as per screenshot.

Hello, As we can all see the site it may be that your IP is blocked (if you are overseas)
can I get the IP you are using and will make sure it is not blocked?

The IP is not blocked.
I cannot suggest anything else it could be, I have since asked a friend in London to view the same address and they have no issue 🙁
A traceroute is the only option I suppose, id you can supply that it might help.
Alternatively can you suggest something I can try on the site to remove the ‘brand’ on the ‘Additional information’ section of all product pages.
I have solved the problem.
By random chance I checked product categories, there was a category called ‘Brands’ I removed this category and it removed the brands tag from all products.
It is a little worrying that if I need support you cannot access the site, I would still like to resolve this.
