Product Input Fields for WooCommerce Pro Plugin not allowing file uploads

This plugin works great with any other theme we have tried but not with Woodmart. When we upload a file, it does not show at checkout, in the notification email or on the orders in the dashboard. If we switch to a generic theme or even divi theme it works fine. I am not sure how to troubleshoot this issue. The plugin developers have steered me back to the theme developers.

Please check the Dashboard > Layouts and if you see a single product layout, disable it and check how the plugin works.

There are no layouts configured. Do you have any other suggestions?

AH HA! I figured it out. You gave me the clue with the “single item layout” I solved the issue by turning off “AJAX Add to cart” in Theme Settings/Single Product/Add to cart options/. I wanted you to know incase someone else has the same issue.
