Product items on wishlist page

I’m experiencing an issue with the wishlist page. When I add a product by clicking the wishlist button—either from the product box or the product page—and then go directly to the wishlist page, the newly added product doesn’t appear unless I refresh the page.
I’ve tested this with two different caching plugins: LiteSpeed Cache and WP Fastest Cache. In both cases, I’ve excluded the wishlist page from being cached.
Can you help me resolve this?

You can fix it by applying patch # 669013. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.
