Product Labels not working

The product label feature is not working on our site.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please make sure that you have enabled the labels to the products then they will be displayed.

“New” label is not set automatically, you can configure manually from the edit product.

“Hot” products marked as “Featured” will have a badge with “Hot” label.

You need to enable the products as featured from Products.

Please set the labels according to your need then clear cache and check back.

Thank you for your fast response. I tried these options and none worked, also the products on sale should show the labels automatically shouldn’t they? None of them are working.

Hello,

I am so sorry, We had to make an emergency restore on the site so I do not see the fix any more. Please forgive me. Can you fix this again?

Here is the reason for the restore. One of our vendors created a long description of their product..then when trying to edit certain areas, the majority of the work just disappears.

Unfortunately when we tried to edit this on the vendors behalf, the information disappeared and was lost before we knew the issue existed and the changes were saved.

So to recap,

We need this issue fixed as well as the issue with the labels. My sincere apologies again about losing the labels fix you did.

I watched the video you added.

1) Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme because the products are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.

2) For the labels I have removed the CSS that you have added before under Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS.

Please remove it from Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS this will fix the labels issue.
