    Team, have you deactivated the plugins on our website? If so, how long do you plan to keep it deactivated?

    It’s a live site with peak traffic volume time, kind of bad time for carrying out testing work.

    Hi marcopolo,

    The problem is that JS file is cached, so the changes made by the patch on the site haven’t been applied. You need to clear the cache for the files and check again.

    I have already created cache multiple times but the issue remains. The video I shared was on incognito and uncached verison.

    If you could tell me the file, I can exclude it from being cached with Rocket WP.

    I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and double check the issue.

    The issue remains the same.

    Actions taken:
    Cleared cloudflare cache, wp rocket cache cleared, redis cache cleared – problem not solved
    Temporarily disabled cloudflare, disabled wp rocket, disabled redis – problem still not solved.

    Don’t do it on live site. I have setup a staging for you. The credentials I passed for the live site will be used on staging as well.

    Thanks Hung.

    I have verified, the problem isn’t appearing on the staging site for some strange range but the same product (I have tried a few different ones this time) checked on the live site, the problem still persists.

    Give it a try, go to the live site (durvient.com) and pickup any variation product and then just suffix “staging.” in the URL and try that on staging site and you will realize the problem disappears.

    I am not sure whats the logic, staging site is exact clone of the live site.
