How can i create product levels with woodmart?

Like i want to add “Pure” level on products same as HOT or NEW products.

Sorry to say but there isn’t a separate option available to change their location but if you can share your Site URL with us so that we can check if a Custom CSS solution could be possible here in this regard. If it would be possible, we can then provide you the Custom CSS for that.
