Product long description

Hi! Client wants to insert text in long description from previous website but the text is not visible in the front end. Part of the text looks like this e.g. includes HTML formatting. Is there a way to help client to copy/paste the text with HTML formatting included?

I see that you are using the default “Text Block” element from WPBackery so I suggest using ours instead of the default.

After changing the element, recheck the issue.

That’s clear now, BUT all info about products, including long description is imported with csv file not created manually on admin panel. What I need to do in order to make long description visible? Why short description is visible? If you see my website’s any product – the long description section is not visible in the front end at all like it’s deleted.

I tried Woodmart text block and it is also not visible in front end. See this product in front end https://irrigation.lv/shop/jaunstadi/dianthus-caryophyllus-code-bright-red/ and screenshot from back end. It seems that long description section is disabled. Please check and precise how to fix this crucial issue.

Please navigate to Dashboard -> Layouts -> edit your single product layout and for the “Product tabs” element enable this tab.
