    Hello,

This is the Hover image style. Go to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product style > Hover image. At the same time, when you switch between the various images would change.

If it is not working, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

The hover zoom effect requires at least one image in the product gallery in addition to the featured image. Currently, your product has only a featured image uploaded, which is why the effect isn’t working.

To enable the hover zoom functionality, please upload at least one additional image to the product gallery and check the issue.

    Best Regards,

Thank you for your support, by the way I want to ask why my wordpress admin page suddenly changed to English even though I checked by going to ”settings – General – site language and it still shows Vietnamese”

I fixed it by going to the profile and changing the language back to Vietnamese.

Let me ask, the language in ‘settings -> general -> site language’ is the language of the website that customers see. And the language in ‘edit profile’ is the language displayed in the admin page, right?

    Hello,

    Yes, exactly!

Settings > General > Site Language
This sets the default language of the website that visitors/customers will see.

    Users > Profile > Language
This sets the language of the WordPress dashboard/admin panel for that specific user only (doesn’t affect other users or the public site).

    Best Regards,
