Product meta – product category

I need an advice. How to add meta data on a single product page so that only the main category is displayed and not all of them. Currently, I have 120 categories in the store and some products have about 30 connected to them. What can I do to hide all categories except the main one? Is there a special code for this?
I added a screenshot showing that after activating the meta, many categories are displayed.

Sorry to say there are no options in theme settings to exclude the categories from here.
Alternately, Try to Create HTML Block and use this specific categories: https://ibb.co/895WBGS
Then Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Add to Cart > select this HTML Block action after add to cart button:
