Product not showing in category archive when Cost Calculator Builder is active

    Hi there,

    First thanks for the job done so far. You’ve been awesome all these years.

    Here’s my problem : since last update (we haven’t update the theme for a long period before this last update) our category product archives stopped showing products grid has before. Yesterday I searched for hours the origin of the problem and finally found out that disactivating the plugin Cost Calculator Builder by Stylemix solved the issue. Here’s one a the category page now retablished : https://kingmateriaux.com/categorie/nouveautes/graviers-galets
    The product grid was missing, only the breadcrumbs “Accueil / NOUVEAUTÉS /GRAVIERS ET GALETS” was shown.

    The thing is, when I switch to TwentyTwentyThree theme, the product grid appears event if Cost Calculator Builder by Stylemix is activated. There’s obviouly an incompatibility with Woodmart.
    All Woodmart Patchs have been applied.

    Of course I will also write a ticket to Stylemix.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
    WoodMart core
    WooCommerce
    Elementor/WPBakery page builder

    Hello,

    Yes, we see the problem and it looks like the plugin is not compatible with our theme latest version. Please, contact plugin’s developers to check this from their end. Unfortunately, we don’t know what may be the reason for this.

    I already contact them to expose the problem. But how can you tell it come from their side ?

    Hello,

    We don’t say that it comes from their side. The fact is that the theme is not compatible with the plugin. But since we don’t know how this plugin is made and its purpose, we can’t fix this problem.

    We will consider adding this plugin compatibility in the future. But we never declared this before so we can’t fix this now.
