Product Ordering in Woocommerce

Hi – because I entered products in woo-commerce randomly, and my customer has a specific order they want, I can’t seem to find a way to order manually in the default woo-commerce pages. They can only be set by ‘most recent’ and this is the opposite of what I want? I thought there used to be a way to order these using numbers in the quick edit part of the woo-commerce products section, but this no longer exists, or maybe overwritten by the theme settings. Please help! should be super easy. There are less than 8-10 products in each category, so should be easy. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Sorting Options and select the sorting method you prefer. https://ibb.co/CK9TQdd
