Hello, I changed the structure of one product page (Logobillia Mint – please see attachments). I’m not able to return to original page structure. How can I turn it to original product page structure as all the others products (scroll page)? Thanks, Mattia.

Enter any other product, check which settings are applied and set the same in the product you have changed. If you have any problems, provide a product URL in which you have changes and product URL with the proper settings as well as your site admin access.

Hello, I created a user for you.

The product page structure of the website is this one: https://www.gast-shop.com/product/logobillia-sign-ivory/, that is a scroll one.

I tried to change ONLY this product page structure: https://www.gast-shop.com/product/logobillia-mint-flavored/. But is seems that the selection I made can’t be unselected. Please see “Product page design” in the attachment, It seems I’m obliged to select one.

Seems one of your plugins conflicts the theme.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
