You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder Navigate to Layouts > edit Single Product Layout and use the products brand and product stock status widget in the layout.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please edit the product >> Enable the Stock Management from the Inventory Tab >> https://ibb.co/ByXXZjJ and check the issue.
Make sure you have assigned the attributes in products, Edit the product for which you want to show the brand attribute and assign that attribute to the product – https://prnt.sc/QGfKsahh3O9a
If the issue remains, deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Best Regards

thomasbouboulosParticipantAnother issue I just noticed. Can we make the search to be able to search not the exact word?
I now search cleaner, and it gives me results, and if i search cleaners, it says no product found. I need to give me the same results even if the word changes a bit. Can you do that?February 1, 2025 at 5:48 pm #634722
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
02. You can try to install the Relevanssi search plugin and then navigate to Theme Settings > General and activate the “Use Relevanssi for AJAX search” option. https://wordpress.org/plugins/relevanssi/
Best Regards

thomasbouboulosParticipantI need all the plugins I installed, so I installed the relevassi plugin but it doesnt seem to change anything.
I still type “mena” instead of “menabo” and no product is coming up.Also, when I open the website in mozilla or other browsers than chrome, its not showing as expected. Can we have a look on that too?
February 3, 2025 at 11:38 am #634896
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You can temporarily disable the plugins to test the issue. Or create a Staging platform where you can test issues, and enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/For the search issue, The search functionality in WooCommerce enables users to locate keywords within both product titles and descriptions. You can be sure of that by checking it with the default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty Five or WooCommerce Storefront.
Also I have checked your site in Edge browser and it is showing fine.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/pBt1m0g2Check back on your site and check the issue. If you have faced the issue, Could you please elaborate on your concern more with some useful Screenshots so that we can better understand and assist you accordingly of which issue you have faced?
Best Regards

thomasbouboulosParticipantHi,
Search works good now. Thanks.
As for the display, still issue with mozilla. See screenshots.
Also, another issue I got from feedback, menu breaks at screens 1752px or smaller, which includes laptops. See screenshot.
Can we fix that?
If not, can we at least use the tablet version?Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. Kindly disable all plugins that are unrelated to our theme temporarily, so we can troubleshoot the issue.
02. The issue occurs because your menu items are too long, and the menu layout isn’t designed to accommodate so many items within that screen width.
Here are some possible solutions:
Try grouping related items under dropdown menus to reduce the number of top-level menu items.
Use shorter, more concise names (e.g., change “Building Materials & Paints” to “Building Materials”).
Decreasing the font size slightly may help fit more items without breaking the layout.
Best Regards,
