I want to add this https://prnt.sc/p7qhfh (for product combo) between the product image and product tabs here https://prnt.sc/p7qfle

I want to use the plugin http://plugin.saragna.com/blog/woocommerce-product-combo-with-discount-boost-sale/ for making combo’s.

is it possible to add a above plugin widget on product page above the tabs.

Please look into this.

Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.
