I saw the screenshots you attached.

To change the Appearance of the label of the variations try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.variations_form .variations label {
    color: orange;
    font-weight: bold;
    font-size: 22px;
}

If you are trying to ask anything else then please provide some relevant screenshots of the specific area with the URL of the page to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

your given URL is given 404, did not show anything on that page, I think you have deleted the product. Also, the color swatches are showing default in the theme as you want to do it.

Please make sure that you are using the latest Woodmart theme and all the updated plugins as well. In my test site, the swatches are showing by default like this: https://ibb.co/dPv2Lmj
