Product Page Design

Hello,

I’m having problem with the product page layout. I’m not being allowed to choose compact on page design. I need to leave all the options inherit and only change to compact where it says page design but once I update changes it says inherit.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme provide the site admin access to the private area I will check.

I thought you said you were gonna check that on my website. I sent the admin info on the private content section as per your request. I’ve tried to fix it myself but I can’t seem to display my products with the default thumbnails and picture layout. Thanks

I cannot catch your purpose, you say you want your product to look like… and you provide the link to the demo. The product page may have different layouts. You can configure your product page in the Theme Settings > Product page. If you cannot find the option, I will help to find.

I still can’t show my product thumbnails on the product page. I’ve tried all styles: Default, compact, alternative, image scroll and only the main picture appears on the screen.

Please deactivate CMB2 and Redux Framework plugins they are no more needed https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/

Then deactivate Product Image Zoom for WooCommerce and check the issue.

I just noticed that the thumbnails appear on all the products except the laptop bags. That’s my most important product.

In the laptop bags section only the brown one has thumbnails.

It’s all good now. I managed to find out what it was and it was two pictures that had a different aspect ratio more like a rectangle. I eliminated those pictures and the thumbnails appeared again. But I appreciate all your help as well.
