Product page image size

Hello,
I would like to change the dimensions of the product page.
Product page image size

The medium image size setting, sets 8 columns for the image and 4 for the description.
I would like to set 7 image columns and 5 for the description.
How can I do this without modifying the theme files?

Please check the options in the Theme Settings > Product page > Images.

It is not possible to fix the image size with CSS.

in the theme settings I have already set the image width and Thumbnails position: bottom.
Product image width: large, set 8 columns for the image.
Product image width: medium, set 6 columns for the image.
So there is no intermediate situation I am looking for from 7 columns for the image.

It is not possible to replace 8 columns with 7 columns. Please set the width in the percentage and I will provide the custom code to achieve.
